**OCTOBER 1ST VACCINATION REQUIREMENT UPDATE**
Effective October 1, 2021, the Windsor-Essex County Health Unit is modifying the vaccination requirements for all recreation facilities in the WECHU jurisdiction.  Any person age 12 years and older will be required to provide identification and proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or a valid exemption.  This includes players, coaches, officials, volunteers and spectators.

Please review the WECHU Letter of Instruction available here.  Participants 12-18 years of age, workers or volunteers who were previously exempt under the Town of Essex requirements will now be required to show proof of vaccination.

Members who have begun the process of full vaccination but are not fully vaccinated by October 1st will have to pause their participation until such time that they are fully vaccinated and have waited the required 14-day period thereafter.

Participants that wish to request a refund of registration costs based on these new rules, please complete the following form.

2021-2022 Registration Refund Request

Participants that wish to continue with hockey programming will still be required to submit proof of full vaccination to EMHA upon request.  More information will follow on this requirement.
