2020/2021 Executive Member - OPENINGS

After our AGM held on August 25, the following positions are available for the season.  Please submit the attached form if interested in being considered for the position.

SECRETARY - 2 year term
Main Responsibilities:
- Keep complete and accurate records of all proceedings of the Association.
- Maintain books, records and documents for the Association.
- Make all necessary arrangements for meetings of the Executive, including notifications to Executive (and any other persons deemed necessary for the meeting).
- Serve as signing authority for Association in legal matters (with President) and act as a signing authority for financial disbursements (ex. cheques, new accounts, etc.).
- Maintain records and documents related to Constitution, Bylaws, Rules of Operations, including guidelines, forms, etc.
- Serve on committees: Election & Nomination Committee (chair/co-chair), Policy & Discipline (admin role)


U7 DIRECTOR (PRE-SCHOOL & INITIATION) - 2 year term
Main responsibilities:
- Schedule & organize the U7 programs as needed, including general supervisory duties and organizing player evaluations.
- Communicate with coaches and parents throughout the season
- Assist with Day of Champions, organize details for division as needed
- Develop & maintain schedule for practice/game times for teams throughout the season.
- Serve on the Player Development Committee
