Atom Minor, 2016-2017, Trav (Essex Minor Hockey)

WINNING SILVER, WITH A TOUCH OF GOLD!! The International Silver Stick hockey tournament is a highly regarded event. The winners of the regional qualifiers square off to compete for the coveted Silver Stick. The Essex Ravens Atom Minor hockey team, having won the Woodstock Regional Qualifier, sized up their opponents and knew winning would be no easy task.

The Essex Raven Atom Minor team would like to send out a BIG THANK YOU to all of the support provided by their team sponsors for the 2016-2017 season!  

The morning of October 21st found the Essex Ravens Atom Minor team heading east to Woodstock to compete in the Atom Minor A Silver Stick Regional Qualifier Tournament. The team knew how difficult of a tournament this would be, based on the caliber of teams they were scheduled to play.

The Essex Ravens Atom Minor team skated out of the 39th Annual Essex Earlybird Tournament as gold medal winners. An overwhelming team effort by the players, under the guidance of dedicated coaches, made for an exciting weekend of hard skating and determined hockey.

The coaches would like to thank all of the players who tried out for the Atom Minor 2016-2017 travel team.  The kids put forth effort each time they were on the ice which made it a very difficult decision for the coaches.  The roster for this year is posted below.  We would like to wish everyone the best of luck in the upcoming season!  If there are any questions please feel free to contact me at 519-818-4219.  Thanks.
