2021-22 AAA Permission 2 Skate / NRP Cards / Junior Permission 2 Skate
AAA permission to skate and NRP forms still have not been received from OMHA. OMHA is stating that they should be released by September 1st. Once forms are received we will work on getting them completed and sent out.
For the 2021-22 season all player must request their AAA - Permission2Skate forms and/or AA NRP cards thru the following link below.

Please Note:
AAA permission skate forms will issued to player from EMHA players if or if they have not registered for the 2021-22 season
AA NRP Cards will only be issued to players that have registered for the 2021-22 season.
Junior Permission 2 Skate forms are available now
We have not received our AAA / NRP forms from OMHA, they are expected in by the 3rd week of August, once they are received we will complete and send out
