Calling all Coaches
Coaching application will be available to submit starting on June 30,2021

Representative "A / AE" Hockey must be submitted by July 23, 2021 for consideration

House / Local league / Select must be submitted by July 30, 2021 for consideration

2021-2022 Coaching Application

Please fill out the following information declaring your interest to coach Representative hockey , Local League , House for the he 2021_22 season. By clicking on SUBMIT at the bottom of the form, it will be sent to the Coaching Selection Committee.

For all Representative Coach applications, these will go thru the EMHA/SMHA partnership coaching committee consisting of 2 member from EMHA , 2 members from SMHA and an independent chair. All coaches will be be interviewed by this committee.

For all Local league/House / Select, these will go thru EMHA coaching selection committee
