UPDATED 2020-21 Season - REFUNDS
2020-21 Season Refund - Refund request form closes March 21st, after which time a credit will be applied towards 2021_22 registration.

EMHA is in the process of finalizing the current refunds for registered players for the 2020-21 season.

EMHA board has determined that we will be offering a refund or credit to the 2021-22 season for all Tier 2 , U5 to U7 , and U16 and up players.


U16 and up Tier 2  - $150.00 refund or credit towards  2021-22 season
U17 and U18 Tier 1 - $90.00 refund or credit towards  2021-22 season

U8 to U15 Novice to Bantam – $110.00 refund or credit towards  2021-22 season

U5 to U7 Initiation - $65.00 refund or credit towards  2021-22 season

Unless we received the completed Player Refund Request Form by March 21, 2021 a credit will be applied on the players account will reduce the players 2021-22 registration but the amount above.
