The EMHA Board of Directors are pleased to announce a new partnership with 490 Fitness.
490 Fitness is a hockey skills and player development company created by former Essex 73's captains Dallas Pereira and William Stadder.
Dallas, an Essex Minor Hockey alumni and current Assistant Coach with the Essex 73's, has been a captain both at the high school level with the Essex Red Raiders and at the Junior level with the Essex 73's. He won the 2015 Schmaltz Cup as a member of the Essex 73's and has coached within the EMHA organization.
William, a product of Windsor Minor Hockey, was the captain of the Essex 73's for the 2018/19 season and is currently working towards a Master's Degree at the University of Windsor for Applied Human Performance. William was also a member of the 2015 Schmaltz Cup Champion Essex 73's and has coached within the EMHA organization.
Dallas, William, along with Jax D'Hondt, will provide on-ice training for EMHA at all levels throughout the year. In addition, 490 hockey will work with Player and Coach Development to create a Player Development Model to be utilized by all levels of EMHA for years to come.
This partnership will further increase EMHA's relationship with the Essex 73's and their alumni who continue to give back to hockey at the grass roots level.
Please take time to congratulate and welcome 490 Fitness officially to the EMHA team.
