To all trainers, helpers and coaches of Essex Minor Hockey... The OPP are holding our Police Clearance night on Wednesday, November 5th at 6 pm. Risk Management will be putting together a list of people who need their paperwork renewed. If you are new to volunteering with Essex Minor Hockey, it is mandatory that you attend this important night. It

will be held at the Essex OPP station (Next to the Essex Public Library). Bring two pieces of ID with you (drivers license and birth certificate. Those that need to be fingerprinted will also be done that night. Make sure your contact information is complete, dated and signed and confirms the position of applicant and that the position requires a vulnerable sector check.  Confirmation that you are an EMHA volunteer is necessary in order for us to waive the fee.
Bob Cowper, EMHA Risk Management Officer will have letters and forms to fill out that night.
